Lately a lot of people are getting spam.
I am using windows 2003 exchange server and the amount of spam getting through is becoming rediculous!
Are there any add-on's I can add to the exchange server to try and control this?
there is a service pack for exchange server 2003, it comes with a free and fairly versatile spam filter. To configure it:
go to exchange system manager and follow these steps
-expand global settings
-go properties of message delivery
-select intelligent message filtering (if this is missing, you don't have sp2 installed)
-the lower you set the SCL rating, the more messages get blocked or moved to junk mail folders.
download sp2 here:

recommended scl rating setting: global filter to 7, junk mail filter to 4
